Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Appear in court across NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar (required).
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.
