This position focuses on strategic oversight of legal staff, courtroom representation, and driving excellence in complex immigration matters. Duties:

• Direct and manage a team of litigation attorneys, promoting consistency, accountability, and growth

• Shape legal strategies for immigration cases and ensure alignment with procedural standards and client goals

• Handle court appearances for Master Calendar and Individual Hearings in immigration courts

• Conduct in-depth case reviews and provide constructive, legally sound guidance to team members

• Foster professional development through mentorship and structured training for attorneys and legal support staff

• Partner with firm leadership on setting performance benchmarks and implementing training initiatives

• Uphold rigorous standards of legal compliance, ethical practice, and client satisfaction across the litigation team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, ideally involving immigration court proceedings

• Proven background in team management or supervising legal professionals

• Proficiency in legal analysis, courtroom advocacy, and procedural compliance

• Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple active matters efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
