Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel to businesses on commercial matters

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business litigation and transactions

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies

• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect business interests

• Manage multiple legal cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective legal solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial attorney representing businesses

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of corporate legal matters

• Exceptional writing and analytical skills

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations

• Consistently positive and professional attitude

• Experience in legal billing is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school

• Graduated in the top 20% of the class

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar in Florida

Skills:
