Duties

• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts.
• Familiarity with AIA and ConsensusDocs contract forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
