Duties

• Draft and prosecute US and international patent applications.
• Collaborate with inventors and scientists in a client-facing role.
• Manage patent portfolios and conduct freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Provide strategic advice on patentability and infringement issues.

Requirements

• Three-plus years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications

• Membership in the Patent Bar.

Skills

• Familiarity with patent databases and search tools.
• Experience in automotive and/or mechanical fields is a plus.
