• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Prepare dispositive motions, negotiate settlements, and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Appear in court conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and insurers, providing case assessments and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and case development.
• Participate in client development and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in general liability defense litigation.
• Ability to manage complex cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in client development and practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
