Duties:

• Assist with estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Provide legal counsel on estate administration, tax planning, and probate-related issues.
• Conduct research on estate planning topics and provide recommendations for client solutions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Participate in meetings with clients, providing guidance on estate planning strategies.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut or have recently sat for the Connecticut Bar Exam.
• Experience: Strong academic record and relevant experience in estate planning law.
• Skills:

Education:
