A law firm seeks an accomplished Senior Trial Litigator in Boca Raton, FL, to join its growing litigation practice. This role involves handling complex construction, commercial, and business disputes from intake through verdict, offering an opportunity to work in a supportive and collegial environment.

Duties

• Lead all phases of litigation, including case strategy, client counseling, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, trials, and appeals.
• First-chair significant trials in both jury and non-jury matters.
• Represent a diverse client base, including developers, contractors, business owners, and commercial enterprises.
• Work directly with clients to craft creative legal solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with a team of respected attorneys while maintaining autonomy in trial practice.
• Develop and grow client relationships; portable business is a plus.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Florida litigation experience with a strong record of trial success.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and deep familiarity with Florida courts and procedures.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction law, commercial litigation, and business disputes.
• Significant trial experience, including first-chair responsibility.
• Excellent advocacy skills, both written and oral, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, persuasive arguments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; portable book of business is a strong plus.
• A collegial, team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
