Staff Attorney/Adjunct Clinical Law Professor, Fair Chance Project
Duties: Performing work in the area of expunction and driver’s license restoration. Supervise certified legal interns performing legal work for clients at the Community Law Clinic and organize expunction clinics where clients will receive direct legal services, including restoration of driving privileges. Also supervise certified legal interns performing criminal justice reform policy work, including assisting with mass expunction relief initiatives in partnership with local district attorneys. Be supervised by the Director of the Fair Chance Criminal Justice Project. Collaborate with the Director of the Fair Chance Criminal Justice Project and the Director of the Community Law Clinic to set goals for work. Will receive additional compensation from Law School for the appointment as an adjunct clinical professor.
