Responsibilities: Revise, draft and support negotiation of various agreements including wind turbine supply and service agreements, logistics agreements, vendor and contractor agreements, project acquisitions and financings, credit support obligations, memoranda of understanding, and nondisclosure agreements. Support administration, continuous development and training of ethics and compliance program and policies. Research and advise on international trade issues. Manage and resolve disputes and insurance claims. Conduct due diligence, proactively identify issues and resolutions and manage complex transaction approvals and closings. Advise on labor and employment matters. Provide corporate governance support for North American entities. Structure and establish new domestic and foreign entities as the company expands its business. Provide legal support in other areas as directed by the General Counsel.
