Duties:

• Prepare and argue motions in court.
• Manage fact and expert discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Handle cases involving corporate and commercial litigation.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Illinois State Bar license.

Skills:

• Excellent drafting and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and handling legal motions, depositions, and discovery.
