Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related disputes

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Collaborate with legal support teams and other attorneys on case strategy and client service

• Provide leadership within the office and serve as a resource to colleagues

• Ensure that client matters are handled with the highest standards of professionalism and care

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with an emphasis on trust and effective communication

• Contribute to business development efforts and regional office growth initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and local procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years practicing family law full-time

• Must be physically present and available to work from the Madison, WI office

• Demonstrated experience managing a significant caseload independently

• Proven courtroom experience in family law matters

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin

Skills:
