A well-established law firm located in Coral Gables, FL, is currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal team. This role requires a driven legal professional capable of independently managing litigation files, engaging compassionately with clients, and advancing cases toward favorable resolution-including trial, if necessary. Ideal candidates will be results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to advocating for injured clients.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial

• Conduct thorough client interviews and maintain ongoing communication

• Evaluate claims and provide a case strategy from inception to resolution

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Conduct depositions and court appearances

• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers

• Prepare cases for trial and litigate when necessary

• Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

• Active and good-standing member of the Florida Bar

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law

• Demonstrated trial preparation and courtroom skills

• Strong understanding of claim evaluation and negotiation practices

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership (required)

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is advantageous

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a high-volume caseload

• Proactive problem-solving approach

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• High level of professionalism and client empathy
