Duties

• Manage and oversee cases from intake to disbursement.
• Identify and resolve issues in law, medicine, and case management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and set realistic expectations.
• Supervise and review the work of case managers and legal assistants.
• Ensure compliance with the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Contribute to firm growth and business development efforts.
• Support the managing attorney and take the lead when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• At least three years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and oversee support staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong academic background.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
