Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will focus on the Corporate Trust Subgroup, with a preference for those experienced in structured finance, particularly in representing trustees and/or collateral agents.

Duties

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong background in structured finance.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
