A law firm seeks a Transportation and Tort Litigation Attorney in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters independently.
• Engage in significant client contact and case management.
• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions.
• Conduct legal research and write briefs.
• Develop and expand client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense matters.
• Experience in transportation law and litigation practice, including PIP and SIU.
• Proficiency in handling commercial auto, PIP fraud investigations, and related claims.
• Courtroom experience in Michigan state and/or federal courts.
• Knowledge of local rules and court procedures.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Michigan Bar in good standing.
