Duties

• Handle municipal and county planning board and zoning board applications.
• Prepare and prosecute applications for site plan approvals, variances, rezonings, and redevelopment approvals.
• Conduct land use and zoning due diligence.
• Attend and participate in municipal and county planning board and zoning board meetings and hearings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrated New Jersey land use experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and resourceful.
• New Jersey bar admission in good standing (required).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
