Associate Attorney

A law firm in Auburn is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their personal injury practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and litigating their own caseload, consisting of cases provided by the firm. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Manage and litigate a personal injury caseload provided by the firm
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and developments
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in the legal field
• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Auburn
