Overview:
Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney(Real-Estate) to join our legal team. We are a full-service civil law firm located in Paducah, Kentucky. Candidates must be currently or soon to be admitted to the Kentucky Bar.

As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in our Paducah office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
  Experience as a Real Estate attorney
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations                        
• Provide legal support to clients

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Sought:

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet critical deadlines
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work professionally and effectively with clients, partners, associates, and support staff
• Exceptional project management skills

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Kentucky
