Legal Secretary (PIP/No-Fault)
The candidate will provide support to attorneys working in the PIP/No-Fault group. Should have 3-5 years of experience in PIP/No-Fault Insurance Defense. Must have a strong background in litigation. Should have experience in legal document preparation, file maintenance, typing, transcription, telephone coverage, scheduling and billing. Must have experience e-filing and dictation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and some Excel work.
