Duties

• Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and risk management.
• Evaluate regulatory risk in healthcare transactions and negotiate transactional documents.
• Provide guidance on healthcare corporate governance and organizational structuring.
• Engage with healthcare structures such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs.
• Translate complex regulatory issues into practical guidance.
• Demonstrate leadership with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience with healthcare transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills.
• A portable book of business.

Education

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
