A well-respected law firm in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its Business Practice Group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of transactional matters including corporate, real estate, and municipal law. Location:

• Concord, New Hampshire

Duties:

• Handle transactional matters including general corporate representation, real estate transactions, and commercial lending

• Advise business clients on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, governance, and compliance

• Draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial agreements

• Represent municipal clients in legal and policy matters

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver comprehensive client service

• Engage in firm initiatives, contribute to practice development, and mentor junior attorneys as appropriate

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business, real estate, or transactional law

• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong background in corporate law, real estate transactions, and/or municipal law preferred

• Demonstrated interest in leadership and collaborative team engagement

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the New Hampshire State Bar, or eligible for prompt admission

Skills:

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm
