Duties

Requirements

• Experience representing manufacturers in business-to-business commercial arrangements is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
• Prior big law and in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
