Location

• Pittsburgh, PA

Duties

• Represent insurers in complex litigation matters

• Provide counsel on coverage issues under:

  • Professional Liability (E&O)

  • General Liability (CGL)

  • Directors and Officers (D&O) Insurance Policies

• Draft and argue pleadings and dispositive motions

• Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions

• Make court appearances as required

• Manage client communications and case strategy independently

• Participate in business development and client relationship efforts

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of litigation experience

• Strong background in insurance coverage law

• Demonstrated ability to handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances

• Experience with managing cases and communicating directly with clients

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar

• Eligibility for admission in jurisdiction of office location (if not already admitted)
