Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time senior immigration attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in immigration law for its Vienna, VA office.

Duties

• Prepare and file family and employment-based petitions and applications.
• Handle immigrant and non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, and naturalization/citizenship cases.
• Manage NACARA, TPS, deportation/removal defense, BIA appeals, motions to reopen/reconsider, asylum, waivers, PERM, EB-5, and H-1B cases.
• Prepare for and appear before immigration courts, USCIS, ICE, and CBP.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with proofreading and editing capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in immigration law platforms and computer skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland or Virginia.
