The candidate reviews legal submissions; performs legal research; drafts bench memoranda and proposed decisions for civil and criminal cases. Researches and drafts orders addressing a variety of issues. Assists with case management. May perform administrative office functions, such as editing, proofreading, telephone communications, and written correspondence. Should preferably have class standing in Top 20%. Law Review/Journal experience is desired.

Clerkship Term: September 7, 2021 to September 2, 2022.
