Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team in Montgomery, Alabama. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from home and in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing foreclosure cases and collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members and participate in weekly meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

• J.D., licensed in Alabama and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
