Seattle office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid- to senior patent associate attorney with 5-8 years of concentrated experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the medical device, biomechanical, software and/or electrical arts. The candidate will advise clients on patent application preparation and prosecution, opinion work, counseling, and related patent portfolio management and development matters. USPTO licensing is required. Medical device experience is a plus.
