The Intern will work Misdemeanor Division - Interns are hired to handle all aspects of District Court Practice, from arraignments and pre-trial conferences to trials and post-conviction hearings, on both traffic and domestic violence cases. Will play a vital and active role in the success of this office. Fo real attorney work and represent the community in the courtroom, including trials. Should be 2L students (Rule 9 cert. req.)
