The candidate will manage document generation/revision in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Document management, both electronic and hard copy, including developing and maintaining filing systems. Drafting letters and simple court documents. Contacting clients, witnesses including healthcare professionals, other attorneys, and court workers. Calendaring and monitoring appointments, court dates, and other deadlines. Internet and other research. Must have strong computer skills including facility with all programs within Microsoft Office. Have the ability and desire to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have strong organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is required. Have high integrity and the ability to observe the strictest standards of confidentiality.
