Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on venture capital.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and technology sectors.
• Active member of the bar in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
