Duties:

• Negotiate supply contracts and other transactions.
• Assist in franchise dispute resolution.
• Handle international development and cross-border transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchise and distribution laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise and distribution law.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating franchise agreements.
• Experience with state franchise registrations and compliance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
