A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join their Data and Technology Transactions Practice in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, or New York. The ideal candidate will work on technology and intellectual property transactions, providing strategic guidance and representation to leading corporations and emerging tech companies.

Duties

• Negotiate technology licensing agreements and development agreements.
• Draft consulting services and distribution agreements.
• Facilitate strategic alliances and joint ventures.
• Manage website and mobile application licenses and terms of use.
• Support IP-related work on acquisition, investment, or financing transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with technology and intellectual property transactions.
• Familiarity with strategic alliances and joint ventures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
