Duties

• Handle complex, high-value cases alongside senior trial lawyers.
• Participate in all phases of major cases, from investigation to verdict.
• Draft and argue key motions; take and defend depositions.
• Build trial strategy and develop compelling damages.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Engage in full-immersion training in high-stakes litigation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Barred or eligible to waive into TX, AZ, CO, or NM.
• Competitive, curious, and mission-driven.
• Thrives under pressure and seeks early responsibility.
• Smart, articulate, and emotionally intelligent.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for waiver.
