The candidate must have 5-8 years of substantive labor and employment experience at a general practice or boutique labor and employment firm and must be able to independently handle all aspects of an employment litigation matter. Must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills. Must be admitted to practice in South Carolina. North Carolina admission would be a plus.
