A law firm seeks a talented lawyer with 1-4 years of experience to join their Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across various industries.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Prepare legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in accordance with court rules.
• Conduct depositions, prepare deposition summaries, and analyze testimony for case strategy.
• Review legal documents and conduct research to support case development.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience as a lawyer.
• Member in good standing with the Texas State Bar (U.S. JD required).
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support if needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
