A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate with over two years of litigation experience to join its office in Sacramento, California. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of litigation matters, including employment law issues, commercial litigation, and privacy litigation.

Duties

• Handle single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour issues, PAGA claims, and class action work.
• Engage in commercial and privacy litigation.
• Collaborate with a diverse practice group on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Experience in labor and employment litigation preferred; other civil litigation experience considered.
• Wage & hour and PAGA experience is advantageous.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills required.
• Motivated to join a busy national practice and assume responsibility for cases.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
