Insurance Coverage/Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will have training regarding, and use of, insurance modeling software. Will also involve drafting pleadings/discovery, document reviews and productions, and case management and trial preparation. Should have attention to detail, familiarity with liability insurance policies, and the ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience (preferably 1-2 years of experience in insurance coverage), a paralegal degree/certificate, and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. Experience with Excel and Visio software is a plus.
