Duties

• Review bankruptcy pleadings and claims for filing in specific jurisdictions.
• Manage routine bankruptcy matters.
• Monitor electronic bankruptcy filings (ECFs).
• Attend regular bankruptcy hearings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and Trustees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
• Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Education

• Law degree (JD).

Certifications

• Virginia bar license required.
