Duties:

• Draft loan, security, inter-creditor, and related financial documents.
• Provide advice on covenant compliance and financial regulatory matters.
• Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists involved in finance transactions.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring financial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to finance transactions.
• Provide support to senior attorneys and partners as required.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide legal guidance accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required; Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar in Colorado or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance and/or commercial finance transactions.
• Proven track record of drafting financial documents and advising on compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legal frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in real estate financing would be advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
