The candidate will be expected to be able to assist legal team with calendaring, court filings, online legal research, document productions, and preparing shell documents for pleadings, discovery, motions and other documents as needed. Should have 8+ years of working experience as a paralegal or legal secretary. Must have a thorough knowledge of legal terminology, legal principles, practices and research techniques.
