The candidate will be responsible to work with Manager of Operations & Customer Success and development team directly. Create content for blogs and marketing material
. Map local court forms and contact courts nationwide for rules and updates
. Interact daily with attorneys and their clients
. Prepare and file bankruptcies nationwide
. Research laws and provide due diligence reports
. Investigate and resolve complex client issues. Must have Impeccable writing, editing, and grammar skills
. Experience with CRM software, spreadsheets, legal software
is necessary. 2+ years experience in the legal industry
is essential. Paralegal Certificate or equivalent education / experience
is required. Background in bankruptcy law is a plus.
