Duties

• Manage leveraged finance transactions from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of transactional experience.
• Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
