Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Interpret insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Litigate coverage matters, including depositions, motion hearings, and trials.

Requirements

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience interpreting insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions.
• Experience litigating coverage matters, preferably in general liability, professional liability, directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
