Duties

• Manage pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters.
• Handle e-discovery and fact development proficiently.
• Address complex legal and logistical issues strategically.
• Engage in client interaction, deposition experience, and trial opportunities.

Requirements

• Two to seven years of litigation experience.
• Active California license required.
• Experience in business and/or real estate litigation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
