Duties:

• Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Participate in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Admitted to the bar in New York
• Experience in the managed care industry is a plus, but not required
• Strong academic credentials

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in New York
