Duties: Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity. Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines. Liason between the internal legal team and external client claims teams for guideline management and billing workflows. Work with management to improve activities between internal legal team and external client claims teams. Record all customer payments to the correct reports. Handle inbound and outbound billing and collections calls.
