Duties

• Represent private equity sponsors and banks in financial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Advise clients on leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
