Duties

• Craft court filings and supporting documents, including pleadings and requests for orders.
• Research statutes, case law, and other relevant information.
• Follow up on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Represent clients and their interests in court.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• At least 7 years of experience as a family law attorney.
• Litigation experience in and around LA County.
• CA State Bar License, required.
• Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred but not required.

Education

• Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred.
