Duties

• Advise on reimbursement compliance, coding, coverage, and payment for novel products and services.
• Conduct transactional due diligence and prepare deal documentation.
• Negotiate and structure agreements with various stakeholders.
• Provide fraud and abuse counseling and compliance advice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Experience in reimbursement and transactional due diligence.
• Preferred experience in fraud and abuse counseling.
• Outstanding analytical and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
